Inspired by the 1980s military TV commercials, I joined the Army while still in high school.  I wanted to Be All that I Could Be!  Little did I know the path of servitude it would lead me on.  I met my husband and decided to finish my enlistment and continued to serve by assisting other spouses while our husbands were deployed.  Volunteering in our children's schools led me to be come a substitute teacher.  I earned my teaching license and served as a school teacher for 7 years.  Deciding I needed a change, I partnered with the Texas Workforce Commission and Workforce Solutions to educate employers on our services and learn of their hiring needs.  It was rewarding uniting jobs with people who needed them!  Now, as a real estate agent, I continue to serve others by helping them find a place they can call HOME.  This allows me to continue serving by educating others on the processes of buying and selling their homes and my partnership with Homes For Heroes allows me to give back to those who serve our communities.
