General Residential Sales Vietnamese English

came to the US with my father when I was only 11 years old leaving my mother and siblings behind in Vietnam. Coming to a new country with no knowledge of the English language or the culture of its people was quite a shock. We settled in Cody, Wyoming and with the help of a church, we rented a detached car garage and made that our home for the first few years. Within the first week, my dad found a job as a dishwasher, and we also cleaned houses on the weekends. We did whatever we could to make ends meet while dreaming to have a home of our own someday. Fast forward 7 years later in Covington, Kentucky, we were able to save up enough money for a house. At that time interest rate was really high, yet, we wanted to live the American dream. I was about to graduate from high school, heading to college, and my family was about to be reunited. We really needed a place big enough for the whole family. Being First Time Homebuyers, our home buying process was quite confusing and complicated. It didn’t help that English was our second language either. But we did it! We were able to get our first home! Now that I’m older and a little wiser, living and achieving the American dream, I want to help others realize that dream too. I have been living in the greater Dallas Fort Worth area for the past 18 years and I've seen the growth in our market. While other parts of the country struggled, we have been very fortunate to have a stable and now growing economy. Texas is definitely a good place to invest in real estate. Although the home buying process can be quite challenging and stressful, I believe that with the help of a knowledgeable and resourceful Realtor, it can be a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Providing my clients with great service is my priority.
