Suzanne began her real estate career with The Staubach Company, a commercial real estate company headquarterd in Dallas, Texas. After the sale of TSC, Suzanne joined Keller Williams. In 2024, Suzanne formed her own team with the additional of her son, Matthew Mitchell.
