I have extensive involvement in community service, with membership on numerous local boards. I have been recognized for outstanding interpersonal, communication, and team building skills, while serving as General Manager for shopping centers in Frisco, TX, Columbia, SC, Mesquite, TX, and Houston, TX, ranging up to 1,600,000 square feet, with values ranging up to $530,000,000. My forte is analyzing business financial situations and coming up with the correct plan of action for implementing strategic plans. I have taught real estate classes at Collin College since 2004; helping people achieve their dreams is my passion! My education includes a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Freed-Hardeman University. I also hold the following real estate designations; Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM, Certified Property Manager, CPM, Certified Shopping Center Manager, CSM, Real Property Administrator, RPA, and I have been a licensed Texas real estate broker since 1989.
