Wallie has been Creating Wealth With Real Estate for nearly 17 years and nearly 30 years combined industry related experience. She is not an ordinary REALTOR®.  Real Estate is ever evolving and so is Wallie.  Her business is built on Integrity, Dedication, and Knowledge.   Wallie is an excellent strategist and negotiator.

While great pictures, staging, and sprucing up the property are attractive marketing tools the sale or purchase of your home mandates more than that.  Wallie employs the use of current market reports, market trends, neighborhood and property reports, technology, and current comparative market analysis that are all key elements utilized when selling your home.  

Wallie is a graduate of the Graduate, REALTORS® Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyer Specialist (ABR), and a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS); to name a few.  The GRI designation symbolizes Wallie has in-depth training in legal and regulatory matters, professional standards, and the sales process.  The ABR, and SRS designations are premier credentials awarded to Wallie symbolizing her advanced training and expert skills that are essential to advocacy of her clients.

Wallie's passion for real estate evolved from previous employment with Enserch Exploration, then owners of Dallas' Lone Gas Company. Her exposure to Geologist, Land Representatives, the discovery of minerals and negotiation of land were all influencing factors that lead to her continued interest in the real estate industry.
