Shelby Caddell was born and raised in the Dallas metroplex. Shelby earned her Master’s Degree in Management Science and Bachelor Degree in Business Management, both from the University of Texas at Dallas. She and her husband currently live in Celina and have two sweet kiddos. Shelby’s family has lived in Prosper for over 35 years and she has seen the area grow from fields with livestock to tollways, tall buildings, and impressive professional sport facilities. Shelby’s background is in Sales Operations and she has led the Global Sales Operations function for a division of an executive recruiting firm. In her career she has learned efficient sales processes and how to best use the latest marketing resources available. These skills will serve her clients well by ensuring a smooth sales transaction and maintaining an online presence to expose her client’s properties to the widest possible range of qualified buyers.
