Rachel also holds a Real Estate Sales Agent license issued by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and she is a TREC Approved Instructor and a board member of the Texas Real Estate Teachers Association (TRETA). Rachel joined Alliance Academy in 2004 and is the author and primary instructor of many of the training classes for the school. She also oversees the marketing, website, and Online Course Development. Rachel has served as a guest speaker for organizations around Texas in the areas of real estate education, mortgage compliance and audit preparation, legislative updates, efficiency, and loan origination. Rachel is also a licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Originator (RMLO) under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and was previously licensed a Mortgage Broker by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending (SMLD). She was the Director of Compliance for a large Texas Mortgage Bank and was the owner of the first professional contract processing firm in Texas. After selling the company, she moved into full time instruction with the school. As the Senior Consultant for Alliance Academy Consulting Services, Rachel brings extensive experience in compliance plan development, implementation, pre-audit compliance inspections, and post-audit resolution. She also provides brokerage efficiency evaluations and loan origination software set-up. Her background in mortgage brokering, mortgage banking, compliance, and education makes her a very well rounded real estate agent.
