My real estate business is geared toward artfully leveraging quality listing presentation, identifying investment opportunities, and urban real estate-both multi and single family, inclusive of luxury listings. Additionally, I offer a hybrid marketing platform; wholesale/(IBuyer), retail, or auction.
My professional career in sales began with business development and product sales training for a globally recognized brand, Aveda. I benefitted from a progressive corporate learning environment, studying TQM at Neill Quality College. After which, I began my career in real estate working for the nations largest homebuilder, winning sales person of the region from a previously underperforming development. In 1999, I moved to San Diego, CA. with the intention of building a residential website focusing on the growing internet and relocation speculation. I lived and worked selling real estate in San Diego county for 10 years, where I sold residential real estate and also represented a national conversion developer. I am launching a community page based on the neighborhood I live, SOHIP Dallas. A real estate platform with a focus on retail, restaurants, and resources in the city. SOHIP offers a multi-faceted approach to selling real estate with lifestyle components as well. SOHIP is a community name and acronym for the area known as South Highland Park-which is known for it's eclectic, artful, and independent vibe. Looking at the map of the city, SOHIP is at the heart of the city, where the main arteries include; Uptown, Knox/Henderson, Victory Park, Downtown, Oak Lawn, State Thomas, Turtle Creek, University and Highland Park and Lakewood.
