Diem is entrepreneurial by nature and dedicated to the pursuit of excellence.

Her life has taken her from Vietnam to North Texas where she has spent the last 25 years serving the community and establishing her own home. She is fluent in Vietnamese and has over 14 years of experience in customer service. Diem enjoys volunteering at her children's schools, spending time with her husband and two children, gardening, and traveling.
