Cynthia Lott, CREI.C2EX.GRI.ABR.CHMS.green began her real estate career in 1996 and obtained her broker’s license in 2000. She is the Broker/Owner of Integrity10 Realty, LLC. Lott has a Master of Science degree in Human Relations and Business and is continually expanding her love of learning by attending classes and earning designations. Lott is the owner of Prep-A-Lott which is a real estate exam prep company and has tutored thousands of students for the sales agent and broker's licensing exam at the national and state level.  She is also an instructor for Texas REALTORS. Lott teaches qualifying, SAE, and CE classes and always emphasizes the importance of being well trained and the value of having the highest standards of integrity and ethics. Students leave the classes knowing that “knowledge is power!”
