My passion for people and helping others led me on this wonderful journey where I am happy guiding people with the most important and expensive transitions in their lives…buying and selling a home.

From my early years, my passion for helping others has always been a large part of my life but most recently it has driven me forward in my career and service with the Collin County Area REALTORS.

I love to be of service by volunteering in our communities with our local real estate association. It has been my honor to begin my career with an at large seat on the North Texas REALTORS in Action Foundation and volunteering with the Community Outreach team where together we are making a difference with free children’s heart screenings, food and clothing drives, Texas ramp projects, disaster relief tubs, the Teddy Bear Run for the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County, sleeping bags for the homeless and so very much more.

Cheryl is a 25+ year Texas resident and lives in Prosper with her husband, Paul, her son Patrick, and her Schnauzer. Her love for her family is in their family motto “La Familia e Tutto”  Family is Everything. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, game nights, entertaining family and friends, cooking and reading.
