I have spent the past 24 years in the customer service industry and pride myself with the relationships I have built and the skills I have gained. While working in the customer service industry I have leveraged skills from problem solving, negotiations, communication and strategizing while always staying focused on my customers goals. Leveraging my array of skills along with the training and coaching provided by my KW family, will set me apart from others. When I’m not working with my clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and enjoying the many outdoor activities our community has to offer.
