In 2000 Wayne Myers entered the real estate industry in Monroe Louisiana after a successful and rewarding career with the Boy Scouts of America and Texas Special Olympics.  While the non-profit world was very rewarding emotionally, he had always had an interest in real estate and wanted to provide more financially for his family.   His passion for homes and serving others showed through very early in his career.  Selling more than 32 homes his second year in the real estate industry   

He has been licensed in 5 states with the majority of his real state career in Texas and Southern California.   Selling homes in Southern California was the same as the market we are experiencing now.  The SoCal sales experience has given him needed expertise in selling in a fast paced, multi offer environment. 

In addition to closing more than 380 real estate transaction over the course of the past two decades, Wayne has devoted time and resources to countless philanthropic initiatives, including Boy Scout, Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, youth sports, church and more.

 Meanwhile he only continues to strengthen his reputation as a real estate professional who really and truly understands the fine art of exceptional client service.  He continues to perfect his craft of helping others create wealth and happiness through home ownership, investment opportunities and creative buying and selling strategies.

He is always growing and learning new negotiation techniques and marketing strategies through education, seminars, books and coaching.  He has created a team of professionals to help serve and protect his client’s interest.
