Robert Silva lives in Prosper, Texas with his wife and three children.  Due to his hard work of earning an academic scholarship, he received a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Investment Finance from University of Southern California (USC). After college, he worked in the financial services industry as a registered broker, investment advisor, asset manager, and compliance officer. During those years, he learned the value of attention to detail and providing excellent customer service. 

It was not until he sold his first home that he realized owning real estate was a superior investment, compared to all other investment types, based on its significant returns. It was then he decided to leave the financial services industry and he became a full-time real estate professional. He recognized and appreciated the trust his clients placed in him, striving continually to exceed client expectations by providing the highest quality of service and outstanding results.
