I was a successful management professional in the corporate world with his last 20 years as the Corporate Safety & Loss Control and Regulatory Compliance Manager for a major restaurant chain. In 2000, Rick and his partners started a very successful Real Estate Investment and Property Management Company in San Antonio that bought, sold and rehabbed investment properties. In 2009 after leaving his job as a Corporate Safety & Loss Control and Regulatory Compliance Manager he decided to start up another Real Estate Investor Company and start a full time career as a Real Estate Broker Associate with Keller Williams. Rick is also very active in the community and servers as an Ambassador with the Sachse Chamber of Commerce and is currently services as Grand Knight for the St Joseph’s Knights of Columbus Council 8954. Rick’s past experience in time management, finance, contracts negotiation and marketing, helps him guide his clients to a win/win conclusion. Rick specializes in the Active adult and senior real estate market and First time home buyers in the Dallas, Plano, Richardson, and Garland, Sachse, Wylie, Murphy and other parts of the Metroplex. As a Real Estate Investor Rick also works with new or experienced Investors clients helping them find them fine the right properties to invest in.
