Olin Jaye has more than 25 years experience in general business management in the real estate, hospitality, construction, and distribution industries. He is a Commercial Real Estate Broker, primarily representing Buyers and Tenants, and provides client’s advice and counsel in the acquisition, development and construction of commercial real estate. Among his other corporate real estate experiences, he has served as the Director of Labor, Employee Services and Relocation for Bristol Hotels & Resorts, a publicly traded hospitality company, and Managing Development Partner, for a local Land Development Corporation. His real estate and construction experience includes over 20 years’ experience in Real Estate Brokerage, property management and construction administration and has represented Buyers, as well as Developers and Land Owners through the City Planning and Zoning process.
