Averaging over 75 transactions a year while representing a multitude of investor as well as retail buyers & sellers across a wide spectrum of price points. He has gained extensive knowledge of of the various markets and niches throughout the DFW Metroplex. Prior to real estate Helm achieved tremendous success building sales territories and leading teams throughout the country in fields of global logistics, outsourcing, and luxury construction projects.
