WhiteFlame Realty specializes in many areas of real estate in North Texas & surrounding areas, including Farm & Ranch, land development, investment, residential, & commercial properties. We are currently based in Gunter, TX which is predicted to be the next boom town along Preston Road and the Dallas North Tollway commonly referred to as    The Golden Corridor.   

Owner/Broker Jason White is a lifelong North Texan with deep roots dating back over 4 decades. Growing up in the once-small town of Prosper, TX Jason has seen the growth firsthand. From what used to be open pastures & empty fields in Frisco, Plano, Celina, & McKinney is now home to major corporations, retail developments, & master-planned communities. Jason spent over 6 years on Gunter City Council, including a 2-year term on the Planning and Zoning Commission, and is well-versed in city planning, projected trends, thoroughfares, & future developments. WhiteFlame Realty is built on relationships, hard work, attention to detail, and being proactive in the communities we serve.
