I have been a licensed broker since 1999. I believe in providing personal and excellent customer service. Most of my business comes by referrals from current and past clients. I have two wonderful daughters and wife. They are the center of my life and I include them in the way I do business for my clients. As I want my family to succeed. I want buyers and sellers to succeed with their goals of home ownership, investment or the sale of their properties. I keep myself informed on mortgage programs to best suit my buyers and sellers. Negotiations can be a costly part of the process. While keeping you in the drivers seat I educate my clients as the negotiation process and I provide them with actual numbers to make a decision that best benefits them.
