Greg started in Real Estate with East Texas Land Company in Conroe TX in June of 1978. He moved to Master Marketing, Inc., selling Lake Lots at Lake Sam Rayburn until June, 1982. After deciding to get his Broker License and get into Residential Real Estate he joined Realty World in Houston TX. He got he Texas Broker Licence in August 1982, and immediately started his own firm, which was also the first Buyer Brokerage in Texas. He dealt heavily with VA and FHA repo properties, where he became the top VA Broker in South Texas. After getting marred in 1986, he moved to Tuscaloosa AL with his wife, where he started his own brokerage, became the first Buyer Broker in AL, and integrated Residential Real Estate in Tuscaloosa. A year later he moved his office to , Birmingham, AL, where he continued his work helping those with financing and credit problems to be able to buy their own home. In May, 1989, he moved to Arlington TX where he worked primarily with FHA owned property, starting Artistic Real Estate Group. In 1994 he moved to Plano, TX, where his is located till today. He currently has 3 Agents, including his eldest daughter Rachel Markham, and still works to help those who are finance and credit challenge to get their own home.
