RID = Registered Interior Designer (in the state of Texas), CREE = Certified Real Estate Entrepreneur, NCIDQ = National Council for Interior Design Qualification (a National certification), LEED® AP BD+C = Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, with a Specialty in Building Design and Construction. With over a decade of design experience in luxury hotels and resorts, unique restaurants and bars, high-end residences, fresh office spaces, and exquisite multi-family interiors around the globe, Maike ventured into his most creative project yet: MC Collaborative Designs, LLC. Combining his real estate license with his design business gives Maike a unique value to Residential and Commercial clients. Maike says, “I believe that design is all around us, but only with the right collaboration of left- and right-brained individuals does a design become successful and complete. I believe design is the start of a relationship. “When I was a kid, I never considered thinking 'inside the box', because where would the fun be?! I was constantly rearranging my room, investigating new options of using the space in my own little world. Today, as a big kid, I am still investigating those options, just in a bigger world. I believe design is all encompassing and affects every living being.
