With ten years of real estate investment and management experience, and over two decades of business management success leading public and private companies, Mr. Davidson brings strong leadership and business skills together to provide consistently effective results as an entrepreneur, property owner and manager. Since 2009, he has served as Principal at Davidson Investments, a company which strives to improve investment value through the acquisition, renovation, leasing and sales of single family homes in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex. In this role, Mr. Davidson has negotiated the purchase of over $5M in real estate assets and has managed over $500K in remodeling which has resulted in stabilized investments with an impressive 30% average cash-on-cash annual return. Mr. Davidson is a Texas Licensed Real Estate Agent and is a Preferred Investor at Lifestyles Unlimited, a Texas based real estate investment education and mentoring group. He is also a City of Garland Certified Landlord, where a majority of his rental property portfolio exists. Mr. Davidson has been a guest on five real estate investment radio programs since 2010 and has also appeared in a video commercial in the home staging industry in 2012. One of Mr. Davidson’s passions is mentoring single family investors in properly evaluating, rehabilitating and managing their real estate investments to provide passive income streams for their families.
