Jan offers over thirty years of experience working in various aspects of the real estate business. Having been on all sides of a transaction, Jan understands the critical component of providing exceptional service through every phase of a transaction – from inception to after the sale. Jan’s career began in commercial real estate working for both a shopping center and then an office building developer. This led to an opportunity for Jan to own and operate executive office suites in Dallas. After seventeen years, Jan sold the businesses, however, she continued to stay involved in the real estate industry through investing in both residential and commercial properties. Jan’s desire to be part of a business that helps people achieve their goals, led her to become licensed in 2012. Jan has enjoyed serving both residential and commercial clients. As we move through the various stages of life, our lifestyle needs change; starter home, larger family needing more space, empty nester, retirement, etc. Due to Jan’s extensive experience in assisting loved ones through the transition from their home to active adult communities, multi-generational or assisted living, Jan obtained her SRES designation and enjoys being a professional advocate for clients in this season of their lives. She is uniquely qualified to serve this community and brings extensive knowledge, patience and a network of resources to complement her experience.
