Who am I: I am a Licensed Full Time Luxury Texas Realtor, Mentor and advocate for Homeowner and Property rights, 20 years plus, with a global networking reach in over 24 countries. I live, play and work, in my hometown, the North Texas area, and serve Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Celina and Dallas . Currently honored to serve on your Collin County Area Realtors association, Leadership team, as your Director, and 2024 President serving over 11,000 Realtor members, our mission is to ensure our agents success and to be a voice for Real Estate in North Texas.

Not all agents can carry the brand Realtors, we operate under a strict code of ethics and integrity serving your interests above us. I respect confidentiality, and known for my honesty and giving you the full story. Real estate in Texas is very much a 'neighborhood market', so having "boots on the ground", local and national knowledge, experience and understanding the difference between two homes in the same quadrant could be invaluable to you when making decisions. Background: I work with clients from all the world. It helps growing up around the world, a native of Malaysia and Singapore. Raised in London, England, raised children in Toronto, Canada before relocating to Plano, Texas, our current home for the last 30 years, which we built and still enjoy because we chose the right location, builder, and floor plan!  My kids from preschool have enjoyed and thrived from the excellent Plano education system, are graduates of UT Austin and SMU and working adults. 

Difference: Serving and being involved in my community, collaborating with my fellow colleagues has always been my passion. To bond is to grow. I am an active Realtor Member, Texas Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and a Board Director of Collin County Association of Realtors which serves over 10,000 Realtor members. Active in the efforts of Texas Realtor party which fights and advocates for your property rights and homeowner rights in Texas. A proud graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership program. I am always ready to volunteer in the community when needed, donate to meaningful causes, and have served in various capacities, as chair and vice chair in committees such as the North Texas MLS Committee, Board Nominating Committee, TRLP Advisory, Multiple Listing Services (MLS) Complaints, Association Technology board, and Government Affairs.
