Who am I: I am a Licensed FULL TIME Texas REALTOR® , who is invested in the profession, passionate about serving clients who want to buy their first home, rent or invest and build their real estate portfolio and appreciate the guidance and representation from a Realtor who understands the intricacies, surprises, and complexities that can help make INFORMED financial DECISIONS. 

Successful consistent sales history, a 2x ICON producer, Luxury member, Mentor and an active ADVOCATE for Homeowner and Property rights, with over 20 years plus of boots on the ground knowledge and experience, with a global networking and marketing reach to over 80k agents in over 24 countries. I live, play and work, in my hometown, serve the metro and suburbs including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Irving, Allen, Prosper, Celina and Dallas. 

Currently honored as your PRESIDENT, Director and member of the Executive team for the COLLIN COUNTY AREA REALTORS ASSOCIATION, serving over 11,000 Realtor members. Our mission is to ensure our agents success and to be a primary voice for Real Estate in North Texas. Also serve as a Director at the Texas Realtors Association and National Association of Realtors. I am an alumni graduate member, Class V of the coveted Texas Realtor Leadership Program that builds future leaders knowledgeable of the many local economic factors that affect current and future growth of real estate which leads to advocacy.

We sometimes make it look easy, but there are many moving parts and background knowledge that ensures expert negotiation based on experience and knowledge to close.

It is a constantly evolving field that requires staying up to date with market trends, knowing applicaton of over 200 promulgated real estate forms, through education, local city engagement for zoning and new businesses, leadership involvement, charity and community involvement. My ADVICE, OPINION, and knowledge may directly affect your purchase investment and criteria, whether short or long term hold. Helping my clients make "Informed decisions" is critical to your journey. Accredited Buyer Representation(ABR), specializing in Relocations, New Construction, Residential, Commercial, and Leasing, experienced certified Foreclosure, Short Sales (SFR)and Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS). 

Background:  Having cultural origins and travelling to parts of the world, gives me a unique insight and ability to help clients from all the world.  A native of Malaysia and Singapore. Raised in London, England, recruited to Toronto, Canada before relocating to Plano, Texas, our current home for the last 30 years, which we built and still enjoy because choosing the right location, builder, and floor plan matters!  My kids grew up and thrived from the excellent Plano education system, are graduates of UT Austin, Arlington and SMU and successful contributing citizens. 

Difference: Little known share. Serving and being involved in my community, collaborating, networking with my fellow colleagues has always been my passion and ultimately affects you. I am an active Realtor Member, Texas Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and a Board Director of Collin County Association of Realtors which serves over 11,000 Realtor members. Active in the efforts of Texas Realtor political party, which fights and advocates for your property rights and homeowner rights in Texas. A proud graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership program. I am always ready to volunteer in the community when needed, donate to meaningful causes, and have served in various capacities, as chair and vice chair in committees such as the North Texas MLS Committee, Board Nominating Committee, TRLP Advisory, Multiple Listing Services (MLS) Complaints, Association Technology board, and Government Affairs, North Texas Realtor in Action Foundation.
