Chicago native, Heather Gift has led an impressive career both as a New Home Sales Consultant Manager and Realtor® in her 26 years working in the Real Estate industry. She earned her real estate licensed in 1995 after graduating Indiana University. She aligned with one of Chicago’s premier new home builders Town and Country Homes and started her career in new home sales. As a member of Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago, she earned many distinctions and awards. Some of her early accomplishments include Rookie of the Year-1997, Sales Consultant of the Year Nominee-1999, Sales Manager of the Year Nominee-2003 & Top Sales Manager-2004. By 2005 she assisted with the Town and Country Homes merger to K Hovnanian Homes; a national fortune 500 home builder. With 17 years’ experience in managing over 600 new home sales, she is an expert in her field offering exceptional customer service, expectation of the process and clear communication with her clientele.

Serving as a licensed Realtor® in 2012, she privately sought investment opportunities for her family, by 2017 she joined a well-known brokerage and team to reignite her passion in serving others with their real estate needs. She played a major role during this time in growing her clientele with buyers, sellers, commercial property, land as well as reconnecting with her colleagues in new home construction. She took on an additional role within the team by becoming a builder liaison for Lennar Homes, a National Home Builder. All her connections enabled her to help her clients benefit both, on the buying and selling side of real estate. Through commitment to this role, she had helped her team reach business goals and distinctive recognition by annual production from 2017-2019.

Prior to 2012, Heather took time for her family. She and her husband have been married for 26 years. They have 3 beautiful children who all are grown and attending college today. She enjoys working out, attending church and has a passion for volunteering through an organization call “Buddy Break”, a Nathaniel Hope project that allows parents of children with special needs, a break one Saturday each month, while overseeing their care. Heather and her family recently relocated to McKinney, Texas and now calls Texas, her new home.
