Hanayya Shah keeps a close eye on population characteristics and trends in growth and development. Thanks to her MS degree with majors in Demography. Her roots are in Pakistan but has been a resident of DFW area particularly Collin and Denton counties for the past 10 years. Hanayya is known for her trustworthiness, kindness, and passion for helping others achieve their dream of a dream home while striving to build long-lasting relationships. Her friendly and empathetic behavior helps her achieve that. Her primary aim is to serve the community as a trusted guide in all real estate transactions.
Hanayya is multilingual and can speak and understand at least four languages. She loves communicating with people and learning new skills and languages. She is an in-built explorer and loves exploring new places. She believes that learning is a lifelong process and you either learn from every person you meet or you teach them something new. She believes that is the key to building long lasting relationships.

She enjoys spending quality time with her family and loves cooking, baking, and taking good care of them. She loves road trips and vacations.
Hanayya strongly believes in community service and is actively involved in
