Former IT/consulting career, originally entered the real estate industry in 1977 as an investor buying/rehabbing older homes and keeping the best ones as rentals. Licensed in 2002 with a following of investors in Texas and other states. A strong advocate for my buyer/seller/investor clients' interests and protecting their rights - especially when other participants in a transaction attempt to exploit them.
