Dan grew up in St. Louis where he graduated from St. Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Degree in Economics. He also is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. After college, he worked for a commercial developer in St. Louis as a property manager of several office buildings, shopping centers, hotel, and loft high-rise. After this venture in the commercial realm, he decided to switch over to residential real estate where he stayed and excelled for 5 years. Dan worked hard on the residential side of real estate as both listing and buyer’s agent. He also is very knowledgeable and experienced in loft and condo transactions. After moving to Texas and working in the automotive sector as a luxury vehicle service manager for several years, he has gotten back into what he truly loves, residential real estate.
