Cherl is a native Texan and moved to the DFW area in 1974 and loves it. She is familiar with the neighborhoods inside and out and has the ability to assist you in selecting the best home for you and your family. Cherl is married with 5 children ages 21-34 and 5 Grandsons and 2 beautiful Granddaughters . When she is not working with buyers and sellers helping them find their dream home, you can find her with her family enjoying outdoor activities, boating, camping and playing a round of golf. She started her career in real estate on the Title side. With 10 plus years in Title, she has a vast knowledge of the process from contract to closing; she will walk you through from finding that perfect home to the closing table. In 2009 ,She started doing Commercial Real Estate, working alongside the landlords on tenant leasing, lease negotiations to lease execution, as well as working as a Tenant Rep, finding the perfect site to start their new business and also thru the “build out” process to receiving their Certificate of Occupancy and opening their doors for business.
