As a Realtor® Charisse brings with her five years of mortgage servicing experience as well as two years of short sale experience specializing in HAFA (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives). After graduating with a B.S. in Marketing from Oklahoma City University, she obtained her certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Texas at Arlington. Charisse blends her knowledge of residential, commercial, and mortgage servicing to give her clients an advantage in negotiating real estate transactions. Charisse is also a TSAHC certified Realtor helping more buyers with down payment assistance and mortgage interest tax credit programs. Charisse works with many builders to help residential buyers find new construction residential homes.
