Brent Rice is a Native Texan and has a very broad base of real estate skills and expertise.  Brent has practiced commercial, residential and real estate finance in Dallas / Ft Worth since 1991.   

As the former game clock operator for the World Champion Dallas Mavericks from 2000 to 2012, Brent has a reputation for working comfortably within fast paced environments and around celebrities/high net worth individuals, but he treats all of his clients equally and with the same level of service.

Brent’s most discernible qualities are that he is capable, creative, conscientious, and serves others with a very genuine spirit to represent his clients' interests with a deep conviction toward their objectives.

As a graduate of Texas Tech University, Brent Rice earned a BBA degree in Finance - Real Estate and has maintained a real estate license since 1988 while achieving various certifications including a short sale foreclosure resource, new home builder specialist, and a certified residential listing specialist. He has also completed the curriculum for the coveted CCIM designation among commercial real estate practitioners. Brent holds a Texas real estate broker license (#0395896) and NMLS mortgage license (#2099448). 

Brent has served his community in many ways over the years including volunteering with BBBS, coaching youth sports, Board President for his HOA, Chair of the Architectural Control Committee, Treasurer and President for the local high school baseball program over a consecutive 7 year term.   He is also involved in church and civic organizations.
