I have been a licensed Professional Inspector serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 2005.  I specialize in new home construction, pre-owned home inspections, and phased inspections of home that are in the process of being built.  I can also assist your clients with inspections prior their home warranty expiring.  My focus has always been to provide inspections to make you aware, and not to scare.  I am also very active within CCAR by being on, and chairing multiple committees including, the Board of Directors, Affiliate, Inspector, Budget & Finance, Broker/Manager, Independent Broker Network, Leadership Strategy Team, Strategic Planning, Nomination committees and many more.  Please let me know if there is any way that I can assist you or your clients with your inspection needs.
