Crystal has been in the Residential Mortgage Lending industry for 28 years.  After receiving a Finance degree from the University of North Texas, Crystal started her career in insurance and banking.  After being introduced to the mortgage industry in 1997, she quickly found her passion.  Her first experience led her to GEMICO - mortgage insurance as a Conventional Underwriter.  She was one of the first underwriters in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to underwrite based on Fannie Mae’s Desktop Underwriter system.  Crystal became a Wholesale Account Executive for an A paper company for the next 11 years.  After the 2008 market transition, she then moved into a Branch Manager position on the originating side of the transaction.  As a Producing Branch Manager, Crystal has led up to 19 team members with a volume of $92 million dollars of production in 2020.

Crystal has 2 boys, Max 21 and Henry 17.  Max is a Plano Senior High Graduate currently studying at Texas State in San Marcos.  Henry plans to attend UT Austin in the fall.
