I’ve always felt it is most important to conduct oneself with integrity and modesty, and let one’s actions and reputation speak for themselves. I believe hard work and trust is the best asset to bring to the table when entering a business transaction. Trust is based on one’s actions, character, reliability and truth. It’s a culmination of many small, consistent decisions over a period of time. My core principles are supported by a solid educational foundation: High School (Episcopal School of Dallas, ESD), Under-graduate degree from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and a Master’s degree from Baylor University. Looking back, the structured process and discipline required has had as much impact as the theory presented in the books, both being instrumental in my career work. With 20+ years spanning the experiences of self-employment in the small business environment to extensive corporate management with Fortune 50 companies (UPS and FedEx) and a Fortune 500 company (Lennox, an International HVAC manufacturer), where I was responsible for strategy, product enhancements and competitive analysis, I’ve become uniquely prepared to offer the service quality and professional attention my clients deserve.
