Students will be reintroduced to the One to Four Family Residential Contract (Resale). The students will learn advanced techniques regarding the use of the One to Four Family Residential Contract to enhance their competence in its use. The course will include several interactive exercises in which the students learn how to affectively use the contract form in different Seller/Buyer scenarios thus having the practical application of learned concepts.

* This course fulfills the Texas Real Estate Commission contract course requirement
