Artificial Intelligence or AI has been around for a long time, but with the emergence of OpenAI’s ChatGPT & Dalle-2, Mid- Journey, Bard, Co-Pilot, & others, plus so many other tools we already use & love like Office, Docs, Canva, Adobe, Grammarly, & more incorporating AI into their offerings, it has finally reached the masses. This course will explore what AI is, how it can be used in your real estate business & everyday life, the legal & ethical implications, & much more. The license holder will gain insight and be more intelligent about this fast-emerging technology to ensure they stay ahead of the curve, boost business efficiencies and overall customer service, all while using these tools in an ethical and compliant manner

An email containing the Zoom link will be provided two days before the class, and the morning of the class. Prior to class, attendees will receive an email with information on setting up a Zoom account and links to class materials, if applicable. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
