Class Start & End Time: 9:00AM-4:00PM.; Lunch: 12-12:45 p.m.
Class Material: One week prior to the class, an email containing links to the student manual will be sent. Please download the digital files prior to class.
Cost: $225 for CCAR members, $275 for Non CCAR-members

You must complete the Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS) certification and be a member of
Texas REALTORS® to earn the TRPM certification.
Below are the requirements to earn the Texas Residential Property Manager certification:
- Be a member of Texas REALTORS®
- Complete the Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS) certification.
- You do not have to take the TRLS Certification courses before you take TRPM courses, however you must earn the TRLS Certification before you are eligible to earn the TRPM Certification.
- Six courses:
- Cover your Asset
- Getting Down to Business
- Property Maintenance and Operations
- Residential Evictions
- Residential Property Management Agreement
- Tenant and Owner Relations
- Complete the application, which includes verification of 200 unit-years of experience acquired cumulatively over a minimum of two consecutive years. One unit-year equals management of one residential unit for one year.
