The purpose of this course is to establish the basics and best practices of setting up a property management company. The different subjects covered will be licensing requirements, company format, staffing options, office location, and property management insurance. This course will also discuss property management accounting, bookkeeping best practices, trust accounts/software, and optional management services.

An email containing the Zoom link will be provided two days before the class. Prior to class, attendees will receive an email with information on setting up a Zoom account and links to class materials, if applicable. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
