This course was created to teach agents the difference between property management and leasing. By examining the Texas Realtor Lease and Residential Real Estate Listing Agreement, and the Exclusive Right To Lease, will enhance the agent’s knowledge of this field.

An email containing the Zoom link will be provided two days before the class. Prior to class, attendees will receive an email with information on setting up a Zoom account and links to class materials, if applicable. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
