ZOOM: Succeeding in a Sellers Market

This course will give REALTORS® the tools they need to serve their clients in a highly competitive seller’s market. Agents will learn how to identify a seller’s market for specific properties and understand how to use the Code of Ethics to navigate multiple offers. The class focuses on important concepts and tools including Variable Rate Commission, Buyer qualification, Guidelines for making offers, Guidelines for showing and presenting offers, Confidentiality concerns, Terms that can win the day, and forms that can help your seller get the perfect offer. 

An email containing the Zoom link will be provided two days before the class. Prior to class, attendees will receive an email with information on setting up a Zoom account and links to class materials, if applicable. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
