Shift Happens: The market has shifted. It’s time agents shift with it—by adjusting their mindset, messaging, and method of doing business. This course gives them the language, structure, and tools to do exactly that. By resetting their own expectations—and guiding their clients with transparency an d strategy—license holders can close smoother transactions, reduce emotional friction, and position themselves as trusted advisors instead of order takers.
