License holder will learn to recognize opportunities to negotiate throughout a transaction. They will become more effective negotiators in order to have a higher rate of contracts that close, negotiate the best terms for their client, and increase earning potential. Will gain understanding of common points of negotiation and the correct approach for a given transaction. Course will provide opportunities to practice strategies, identify client motivation and craft solutions.
An email containing the Zoom link will be provided a day before the class. Prior to class, attendees will receive an email with information on setting up a Zoom account and links to class materials, if applicable. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
