Matrix is the Multiple Listing Service agents in the DFW area use to search, add, e-mail and perform various functions for their Buyers and Sellers. Matrix is compatible with any browser and can be accessed via, smartphone, tablet or any PC or Mac. This advanced Matrix course is designed to instruct agents on the more advance functions of their MLS system. This course will demonstrate how to set up the custom hot sheets and market watches. Perform more detailed searches and how to get various statistics using the stats and trend options. Cloud CMA will also be taught.
An email containing the Zoom link will be provided two days before the class. Prior to class, attendees will receive an email with information on setting up a Zoom account and links to class materials, if applicable. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
