Flip transactions have become a popular method for investment/profit not only because of its ever growing presence on a number of reality real estate television shows, but also because flips allow investors to make large profits within a short time frame. This course examines the process of a flip transaction, the types of flip transactions, and provides five practical tips from a real estate attorney's perspective.
