This class provides students with an overview of the many factors and strategies real estate investors incorporate into their investment decision process and in managing the disposition of realty assets. Course will provide license holder with an understanding of these factors and strategies to better equip them when assisting real estate investor clients. They will learn to incorporate course concepts into client investment decision process and in managing the disposition of realty assets.

An email containing the Zoom link will be provided a day before the class. Prior to class, attendees will receive an email with information on setting up a Zoom account and links to class materials, if applicable. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
