ZOOM: Don't Forget About the Listing

The aim of this course is to teach real estate agents how to market their listings more effectively by enhancing traditional marketing methods and implementing alternative techniques brought about by the digital age. This course is made to increase the success of the real estate agent by going over tried and true ways as well as new ways of marketing a property. The course is designed for both new and seasoned agents with different budgets and timeframe in mind. The course also provides a brief framework to ensure agents’ online activities remain compliant with TREC rules, the REALTORS® Code of Ethics, and federal regulations regarding influencers, reviews and endorsements. It will also include an overview of local and state laws as well as the National Association of REALTOR policies to ensure that all marketing and communication is done properly and compliantly. 

An email containing the Zoom link will be provided a day before the class. Prior to class, attendees will receive an email with information on setting up a Zoom account and links to class materials, if applicable. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
