The law of agency governs the fiduciary relationship between a license holder and his or her client. This fiduciary relationship and the fulfillment of one's duties is paramount to not only success, but upholding the truths of this profession.
This course examines the legal authority establishing the fiduciary relationship, the intermediary relationship (both basic and advice/advanced), and the possible legal risks associated with intermediary.
