After completing this course, real estate agents will have an overall understanding of the 1-4 family contract and addenda outs for the buyer. They will be able to identify each buyer out located within the paragraphs and define and explain individually.
* This course fulfills the Texas Real Estate Commission contract course requirement
- Please note: this course is a 2 hour contract course. The TREC contract course requirement is 3-hours of contract related coursework.
An email containing the Zoom link and course materials will be provided one week before the class. To participate in class, a functioning Web camera is necessary.
DRIVING or being a PASSENGER in a car is not allowed for any reason while attending the course.
