This course covers the real estate sales contract and why it's the most important document aspects of a tranaction, the need for studying contracts, how to inquire about particular information, understnd multiple ways a buyer can get out of a contract, and how not to leave money on the table. This course outlines and explains the entire Texas Real Estate Sales Contract for the resale of One-to-Four Family Residential properties and addresses additional contracts and all related addenda.
