The Property Management Committee increases professionalism and income opportunities for all interested CCAR members through forums, roundtables, and other educational events. The committee also provides resources and consultation on leasing and management issues to the general membership.

This course covers the common and uncommon misconceptions about residential leasing and what to do when representing a client. Helping clients understand the nuances of a residential lease. Agents will gain a firmer understanding of the leasing process and how to better represent their client through the experience.
